Morley Road

Morley Road project is delivered in Doncaster and provides short term tenancy and support to individuals.

Morley Road has eight fully furnished self-contained flats and offers individuals 8 hours support per week. Each individual will have a personalised support plan tailored to their needs where support hours can  be used flexibly in accordance with an individual’s support plan. Support will be delivered through whatever mechanisms best meet the needs of each individual person. This will primarily involve planned one-one sessions in the persons’ home or appropriate community setting, but may also include groups, activities, drop-ins or telephone contact or technology-based interventions, as appropriate. Everyone will be allocated a named keyworker who will coordinate support planning, service delivery and multi-agency working. However, individuals will also receive support from different members of the staff team.

The aim of our Morley Road project is to provide individuals with the support to move on into their own tenancy!
