We have around 200 amazing staff members at Target today who all share the same vision in delivering a great service for the people we support to help them achieve independence. Leading the way is our board, our CEO and our senior management team, you can meet them all below!
As Chief Executive Officer I am responsible for the management of the operations of Target Housing as well as setting its overall vision. This involves decision making affecting the future of the company and its employees. A large part of my role, together with the Senior Management Team, is to develop and approve strategies for the company as well as communicating these strategies to an internal and external audience. I report to the Board of Trustees. Communication between the board and the CEO is of the utmost importance, with transparency being key.

To lead the property acquisition team and fulfil the growing demand for all current and future projects, in line with the business strategy of the organisation. To ensure all properties acquired meet legal, regulatory and contractual requirements whether they are leased or purchased making certain all standards are met and upheld.

To lead the financial strategy, provide clear financial insight to our Board and ensure the long-term financial strength of the organisation. Responsibility for overseeing financial planning, reporting, governance, treasury, value for money and risk management, ensuring resources are managed effectively to support our mission and services.
