For more than 30 years, Target Housing has been helping transform lives and empower people. Target Housing is a registered social landlord, providing accommodation and support to the most vulnerable people in society including homeless peoples, asylum seekers and refugees, people with multiple and complex needs, survivors of domestic violence, people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
Target Housing work with the local communities in which we operate in. Working with community members and partners to ensure our customers receive the best support possible. We work as a team to develop tailored support plans that meet the specific needs of our customers and gives them the most opportunity to get back on their feet again. For some individuals this could mean help with their benefits, budgets and bills and for others it could involve assistance with settling into a new area and how best to navigate systems and structures in a language they might not necessarily understand.
