Phil O’Pray – Experience, Collaboration and Team Support

Phil O’Pray is a Housing Support Worker who has been with Target Housing for over six months, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience across the sector. Phil has worked in a variety of roles, including mental health and learning disabilities services for both children and adults, giving him a broad and valuable perspective.

Phil believes that communication is key to supporting clients effectively. He works within a close-knit team where colleagues regularly check in with one another, share knowledge and offer support.
