Target Housing has this week supported the Anti Hate Crime Week by attending events within the local community and showing our support.
Hate crime is a serious social issue that has a significant impact on its victims, families and the community. Hate Crime Awareness Week aims to bring people together to stand with those affected and to remember those we have lost, and support those who need ongoing support.
Target has been attending events in the local community which has included writing anti hate crime messages to show the community our support; that we are standing up to hate! We have attended planning meetings for a local diversity festival as well as taking part in a women’s conference.
