Target Housing is proud to announce that we have been ranked 42nd in the Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers Index 2025, compiled by the National Centre for Diversity.
This national recognition celebrates organisations that demonstrate excellence in equality, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Being named in the Top 100 – and placed within the top 50 nationwide – reflects our continued commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
The Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers Index is based on a comprehensive assessment framework that measures fairness and inclusion across areas such as leadership, recruitment, development opportunities, and organisational culture. Our ranking acknowledges the meaningful steps we take to ensure inclusion is embedded in everything we do — from policy and practice through to day-to-day working life.
Alongside this achievement, Target Housing is also proud to celebrate 22 consecutive years of holding the Investors in People accreditation. This internationally recognised standard highlights our long-standing dedication to investing in our people, developing strong leadership, and maintaining a positive, supportive working environment.
Holding the Investors in People accreditation for more than two decades is a testament to our belief that our people are at the heart of everything we do. It reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement, staff development, and creating a culture where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
Together, these recognitions underline what it means to work at Target Housing: a values-led organisation that genuinely puts people first. Whether supporting individuals in our services or supporting one another as colleagues, we remain committed to building an inclusive, respectful, and empowering workplace.
We are incredibly proud of our teams whose dedication, compassion, and professionalism have made these achievements possible — and we remain focused on continuing to listen, learn, and improve as we move forward.
