Target Housing attended and supported the annual Eastwood Fun Festival in Rotherham this year. The event which took place on the 20th May 2017 adopted a ‘by the sea’ theme complete with all the fun activities you would find at the seaside!
The local community family fun day included music and dance, games, a mini beach where young people had the chance to play and build sandcastles.
Target housing held a stall at the event where candyfloss was served to those who attended. Even after the end of the event, Target’s stall still had a queue for the wonderful candyfloss!
Our staff had lots of fun sharing the day with the local residents of Eastwood and Target residents living in Eastwood managed to come and join in the fun. Overall the event was a huge success and Target are looking forward to the next Eastwood Fun Festival next year!
