We are delighted to have been placed amongst the top 100 most inclusive workplaces this year. The National Centre for Diversity identifies a number of organisations each year that have created an inclusive workplace. They recognise the excellent work that organisations and individuals do in promoting FREDIE best practice.
These awards recognise those organisations working to improve Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE) practices in the workplace.
