Target have achieved a place within the National Centre of Diversity Awards top 100 index!
The Top 100 Index is dictated by the results of the diagnostic surveys completed by those who have embarked on an accreditation journey with the National Centre for Diversity. The awards highlight the UK’s best organisations giving them recognition for the work they do.
The National Centre for Diversity’s aim is to advance fairness for all in the workplace by helping organisations to embed best Equality, Diversity and Inclusion practices. They want to positively influence beliefs, attitudes, behaviour and conduct towards issues surrounding equality, diversity and inclusion. The Grand Awards is a celebration of those who are striving to achieve this.
