New Project!

We are delighted to announce that we have been successful in our bid to the City of Doncaster Council to run their Mental Health Floating Support Service. The service which is currently run by creative support will see 13 members of staff transfer across to Target. The project will be based across both of our Doncaster sites, Heaven’s Walk and Morley Road.

The service will provide floating support to any individual over the age of 18 in Doncaster who has a recognised mental illness. Support is provided for a maximum of 6 months and is centred on tenancy sustainment, wellbeing, budgeting, debts and accessing support in a crisis.
