Target Housing is a Registered Social Landlord, providing supported accommodation across South Yorkshire and Humberside. We support around 1500 people at any given time to increase their independence, maintain their accommodation and achieve their potential. This opportunity will enable the candidate to get a real insight to not only the administration tasks within the business but a general insight of our maintenance team and how they operate.
The successful candidate will study a Business Administrator Level 2-3 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
You will be responsible for assisting with answering inbound calls/ e-mails and assisting with enquiries. You will maintain and update spreadsheets and databases and carry out departmental filing on a daily basis. You will communicate with other members of the team and undertake other duties as requested by senior staff and management.
We are looking for candidates with an interest in Business Administration and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be computer literate and have experience using Microsoft applications as well as having good attention to detail.
Minimum of 3 GCSE’s or equivalent – A-C in English and Maths required.
