Property Admin Manager

Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord. Our organization is continually growing and following significant new social investment an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic new member of staff to Support our Property Services and Maintenance team.

We offer a salary of £23,562 progressing to £24,633 on satisfactory completion of a 6-month probationary period assessment. An increase to £25,704 after a further 1 year of service.

This post is a full-time position based within our Central Team in Rotherham.

We are seeking a candidate with supervisory experience, knowledge of purchase order systems, and excellent administration and I.T Skills. You will be skilled in planning, organising and communicating with a range of people. Some knowledge around property procurement and lease agreements would be advantageous, although not essential.

The role will include high level administrative support for property purchasing and procurement in addition to supervising the other administrative roles for property and maintenance.

This position is based on 39 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
