Paid vacancies are advertised here, in voluntary sector networks and on online job sites. We are increasingly looking to connect with community groups and organisations to reach people currently at a disadvantage in the labour market.
We are looking to build volunteering opportunities at project level. Watch this space.
Apprentices are employed in all our main offices. Many are administrative staff who work with us for up to two years; if successful they are considered for paid work.
Our trustees meet six times a year in Rotherham. Many are from a professional background and offer their expertise and experience on a voluntary basis.
