Target will provide housing related support to individual’s and we are committed to providing a safe, sensitive, non-judgemental and non-oppressive service. Individuals are supported in their own tenancy with the aim to improve the quality of life of the individual, supporting them to become more confident and independent in their lives.
The service will support young people aged 16- 25 with multiple needs and in some instances, people with chaotic lifestyles who may not be supported by more traditional statutory services
