Target Housing is a registered social landlord and registered charity which offers housing and support to vulnerable people in Yorkshire and the Humber, East Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. Our service users include offenders, ex-offenders and those at risk of offending, asylum seekers and refugees, EU migrants and people who are either homeless or threatened with homelessness.
Many of our services users are dealing with issues such as personality disorders, alcohol and drug misuse and debt. Others need help to understand and access local services and integrate into their communities. We focus on helping individuals to overcome these issues, sustain their tenancies and progress towards independent living.
Each service user is allocated a support worker who will work with them to assess their needs and draw up a tailored support plan to ensure those needs are met and kept under review.
In addition we offer a range of activities including art and holistic therapies and are increasingly involved in community events.
Empowering service users to achieve independence is our end goal.
