Sheffield Complex Needs

The Sheffield Project is located in central Sheffield. We provide accommodation and support for vulnerable and homeless individuals, including those with complex needs.

The Sheffield project provides support in properties managed by ourselves for those individuals who have found it difficult sustaining a tenancy. Our aim is to support the individual towards independent living and addressing issues such as benefits and tenancy support, budgeting, managing bills, debt advice/management as well as signposting to other specific charities & organisations across the region.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for this project, you must have a local area connection and be over the age of 18. If you would like to discuss the criteria, please do not hesitate to call on 03302020403 Option 2 then 6.

Referral process

Referrals for the accommodation project must be made by Sheffield City Council through the Sheffield Housing Pathway (0114 273 6306 or via email on between 8:30am and 5:00pm weekdays). If you require housing in an emergency outside of these hours, please contact 0800 731 1689.

Please note, we cannot accept direct referrals for accommodation.

We are committed to a multi-agency approach and has developed excellent working relationships with other organisations that may offer appropriate, specific, specialist services which assist in meeting service user needs. Our stakeholders and partner organisations include the National Probation Service, Community Mental Health Teams, Drug and Alcohol Services, Sexual Health Services, Children and Family Services to name but a few.
