Target Housing has a dedicated Maintenance and Turnaround Team. Target ensures that all our properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standard providing safe and secure accommodation.
We have a fleet of vans responding to emergencies, routine and planned works covering areas through Doncaster, Sheffield and Rotherham.
All of our accommodation is decorated on a rolling program but we do also encourage tenants to help decorate their own rooms or house as part of their support.
