Target has featured in the NCFD Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2021! Target has reached number 58 in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2021.

Below is a quote from Solat Chaudhry, Chief Executive at the National Centre for Diversity said:

“I send my warmest congratulations to Target Housing on successfully reaching number 58 in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2021. It’s been a challenging year and yet, it has not dented the excellent work that organisations and individuals do in promoting FREDIE best practice.

Tenant Starter Packs

Here at Target we’ve been busy getting ready for our new tenants at our new project based in Sheffield called Thrive. Staff at Target have been putting together starter packs for our new tenants. These starter packs include food, toiletries and an information pack. These packs will be there to welcome tenants into their new homes.

Lottery Donation

Target has recently been awarded a donation of £9,350.00 from the lottery fund. This money will be used to help connect our service users to external agencies and services through tech, addressing the digital divide as well as providing service users with the access to laptops when they need them.

So much of our general life is now sorted out online.  Purchases, looking for employment, training, keeping in touch with friends and family, booking appointments sorting out benefits, banking, bidding for properties. This funding will help our service users to do all of the above especially during this difficult time.

Our 30th Birthday!

This year Target turned 30, over our 30 years we have had many high milestones and achievements, and our organisation had continued to grow from humble beginnings to where we are now in 2020 with over a hundred members of staff giving support to over 2000 individuals at any one time. Targets CEO Shaun Needham reflected on Target at 30 and had this to share;
